What is a subscription

Our software plans are monthly subscriptions: Individual $12 per user/month, Group $49 for 5 users/month, and Corporate $99 for 10 users/month. Custom plans are quoted by contacting us. Hardware purchases are not subscriptions — they are one-time purchases that include app access as described on the product page.

Billing and renewal

Subscription plans are billed monthly and renew each month until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, as stated on our Plans page. Cancel future renewals from your account or by using the Contact Us page. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not create a refund for the current billing period.

Refunds

As stated on our Returns and Refunds page, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once access has been provisioned, except where a refund is required by law.

App access

Access to app.bixplat.com is provisioned separately from the website. Your website login is not the same as your app login.

Plan changes and pricing

To change plans or user counts, contact us and we will confirm the change and how it affects your next monthly invoice. Current prices are shown on the Plans page.
